A big thank you to all that supported yesterday’s Textiles In The Garden event at Lindsey. To my delight we have raised £2,065 for Cancer Research UK. This is a marvellous amount and is thanks to a lot of effort from a wide range of people. Friends made cakes, donated prizes for the raffle and many people travelled from quite a distance to attend. Thanks to all, but particularly to my four terrific helpers Liz, Jill and Ian, with a special thank you to Pat – and she knows why!
