I saw these hanging mobiles with the little crocodile clips in a catalogue and thought they would provide a novel way of displaying work. As part of our Sketchbook Challenge for February and the on-going collage work I cut up some watercolour paper into small rectangles and used them to make mini pictures. I had already printed up some images and patterns on a variety of papers, keeping to three or four colours. Below are both sides of the cards – the mobile is copper coloured so it all goes together very well. If anyone is following Ann Brooke’s tag project, then this would be a good way to display some labels – albeit ten at a time. The final picture is the mobile itself – I got mine from ebay and it was around £7 with free postage.
