Some pictures of preparations for a new workshop, based on cacti. I am planning a simple and fun workshop, easy for beginners with the opportunity to take home lots of samples. There will be some stitching, hand or machine, but an easy and enjoyable workshop is planned.
I have enjoyed experimenting with different colouring mediums and working on a variety of papers. The workshop will involve lots of ‘try outs’, encouraging you to use different colours and materials and at the same time developing a collection of useable ideas.
No dates available for this workshop yet, probably in April, but please let me know if you think you would be interested. I am just about to develop the stitched elements of this workshop – think the title might be ‘Prick and Stitch’!

HI Jane, Thanks for getting in touch. I have several ideas for new workshops this year but wanted to start with this one as I hope it won’t be so challenging as last year’s Hydrangeas! Thought it would be a good idea to have something fun and easy!
